The Excellence BK0000063 is a gelato pan holder engineered as a direct-fit accessory for the HB and HBG series ice cream freezers. Constructed from epoxy-coated metal wire in a crisp white finish, it accommodates up to three rectangular gelato pans simultaneously, keeping the freezer cabinet organized and ready for service. A handle at each end allows staff to quickly remove or reinsert the loaded holder without fumbling, reducing downtime during high-volume operations. The corrosion-resistant epoxy coating holds up against the demanding cold and moisture conditions inside commercial ice cream freezers. Whether replacing a worn-out holder or outfitting an additional unit, this accessory delivers a precise, manufacturer-designed fit for compatible Excellence freezers.
