The GSW USA AAR-2022W is an all-welded aluminum bun pan rack purpose-built for the rigors of high-volume commercial kitchens and bakeries. Its robust frame is constructed from all-welded 1 aluminum tubing with heavy-duty welded angle pan supports, delivering lasting durability without the weight of stainless steel alternatives. The rack accommodates 20 full-size 18 x 26 sheet pans at 2-1/2 spacing, making it equally effective for proofing, storing, and transporting product. Four 6 swivel casters, two of which include brakes, allow smooth and controlled movement throughout any kitchen environment. Fully assembled and ETL certified, this rack is ready to deploy the moment it arrives on the floor.
