The John Boos Boos Block Board Cream (BWC) is a premium wood conditioner formulated to protect and restore butcher blocks, cutting boards, and wooden culinary utensils in professional kitchen environments. Its unique blend of all-natural unbleached beeswax and food grade mineral oil penetrates deep into wood fibers, sealing surfaces with a silky wax barrier that repels moisture and prevents drying, bleaching, and cracking. The cream creates a hydrophobic surface that allows liquids to bead up rather than absorb, making post-use cleanup faster and easier. NSF certified and safe for use on food preparation surfaces, this product meets the rigorous standards demanded by commercial kitchens. The 5 oz squeeze tube with a flip cap delivers precise, controlled application without mess.
