John Boos R03 Maple R-Board Series Reversible Wood Cutting Board, 20\” x 15\” x 1-1/2\”

The John Boos R03 is a flagship piece from the R-Board Series, constructed from solid North American hard maple using edge-grain joinery that delivers exceptional durability and a surface that is gentle on knife edges. Measuring 20 by 15 inches and a full 1-1/2 inches thick, this NSF-certified board provides the stable, professional-grade work area that top culinary professionals and restaurateurs have relied on worldwide. Its reversible design allows each side to be dedicated to a specific food category, while recessed finger grips make handling effortless even when the board is loaded with product. A protective oil finish seals the wood fibers against moisture and daily wear, preserving the maple\’s natural warmth and tight grain. Crafted in the USA, this board reflects the uncompromising standards John Boos has maintained since founding operations in 1887.
