Libbey Glass 1178HT Hourglass 10 oz. Heat-Treated Pilsner Glass

The Libbey 1178HT is a 10 oz. hourglass-shaped pilsner glass crafted from crystal-clear, heat-treated glass built to withstand the rigors of high-volume bar and restaurant service. Its classic hourglass profile showcases the golden color and carbonation of lagers, pilsners, and ales, while the broad upper portion helps maintain the beer\’s head for an impressive tableside presentation. Libbey\’s proprietary Safedge Rim provides targeted chip resistance in the area most susceptible to breakage, and the thick sham base ensures stable placement on trays, counters, and tabletops. The special heat-treating process subjects the rim to rapid heating and cooling, delivering enhanced resistance to both thermal and mechanical shock for lasting durability in demanding foodservice environments.
