Lodge USO11 Oval Non-Slip Silicone Underliner for Cast Iron Serving Griddles, Black

The Lodge USO11 is a heavy-duty oval silicone underliner engineered specifically as a companion to Lodge\’s oval cast iron serving griddles (LOS3 and LOSH3). Built from black silicone with an embedded stainless steel plate for rigidity, it withstands temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, making it the right choice for sizzling tableside presentations. The raised dot texture on the inner surface promotes airflow between the platter and underliner, minimizing heat transfer to protect tabletops and guests. Unlike traditional wooden underliners, the USO11 is fully dishwasher safe, streamlining cleanup at the end of a busy service.
