The Migali C-SP27-8-HC is a 27.5-inch Competitor Series refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table built for high-volume, fast-paced prep environments. Its top rail accommodates up to eight 1/6-size pans in a variety of configurations, while the included full-width 9.25-inch NSF polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace right at the point of use. A robust rear-mount, forced-air refrigeration system maintains a consistent +33F to +41F temperature range, controlled and monitored via a digital controller and display. The all-stainless steel interior and exterior deliver durability and easy sanitation, and the unit arrives with four 6-inch casters pre-installed for immediate deployment.
