The Migali Industries C-SP27-12BT-HC is a 27.5 single-section Big Top sandwich prep table engineered for high-volume sandwich and salad stations in commercial kitchens. Its expanded Big Top pan rail accommodates up to 12 x 1/6-size pans in multiple configurations, providing significantly more ingredient access than a standard rail. A robust forced air refrigeration system powered by an eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers cold, uniform temperatures throughout the cabinet interior and beneath the pan rail, maintaining a precise +33F to +41F range. The unit is finished in high-polished stainless steel inside and out, features a digital temperature controller with a front-mounted display, and ships with a 9-1/4 deep NSF polyethylene cutting board, adapter bars, and pre-installed 6 casters for immediate deployment.
