Its open-shelf base accommodates up to six full-size sheet pans, providing valuable storage space directly beneath the oven for trays, pans, and prep materials. Four 3-inch casters, two of which feature swivel locks, allow staff to easily reposition and securely anchor the unit wherever it is needed.
