The Norpro 3974 is a heavy-duty nonstick popover pan designed to produce six perfectly puffed popovers with classically crispy exteriors and airy, hollow interiors. Constructed from pro-grade carbon steel with a nonstick xylan coating, the open-cup design promotes even air circulation around each mold for consistent, reliable results. The nonstick surface releases baked goods effortlessly and simplifies cleanup after service. Each cup measures 2.75 across the top, tapering to a 2 base, with a 2 depth ideal for traditional round popovers. A recipe card is included, making this pan an approachable addition to any baking program.
