The San Jamar KA4400 KatchAll Magnetic Flatware Retriever is a purpose-built 44-gallon trash can lid designed to eliminate one of the most costly silent losses in high-volume foodservice: flatware ending up in the garbage. A powerful magnetic bar integrated into the lid captures stainless steel utensils as food waste is scraped off plates, stopping accidental disposal before it happens. The large oval opening accommodates high throughput of food waste during busy service periods while keeping the container compliant with board of health codes for closed refuse containers. Molded from durable HDPE polyethylene, the lid is dishwasher safe and engineered to withstand daily abuse in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments. Made in the USA and compatible with 44-gallon round containers from leading brands including Carlisle TrimLine and Rubbermaid Brute, it is a smart investment for any operation looking to protect its flatware inventory.
