The Server Products 81320 is a stainless steel replacement hot topping pump engineered for precise, high-volume dispensing of heated condiments, sauces, and toppings. Designed as a direct replacement for Server SP, SP-3, CP-G, and CP-10 topping warmers (as well as FSP 82060, Twin FSP 81230, and Twin FS/FSP 81290 units), it delivers consistent results across a wide range of product viscosities. The pump features an adjustable portion system with 1 oz maximum output, reducible in 1/8 oz increments using the included gauging collars, enabling precise portion control and reduced food waste. Captured valve balls prevent product loss and maintain flow reliability in demanding foodservice environments.
