The Thunder Group SLKMP124 is a 24-cup mini muffin and cupcake pan built for high-volume commercial baking operations. Constructed from durable carbon steel, it delivers consistent, even heat distribution across all 24 cups to ensure uniform browning and rise from batch to batch. Each cup holds 1.5 ounces of batter, making this pan ideal for producing mini muffins, bite-size cupcakes, or individual tartlets. The non-stick coating promotes effortless release and dramatically reduces cleanup time between bakes. At 15.25 inches long by 10.375 inches wide, it fits standard commercial and residential ovens without taking up excessive rack space.
