The Town RiceMaster RM-55P-R is a commercial propane gas rice cooker built for high-volume kitchens that need dependable, repeatable results. It uses an automatic cook and hold design with a bimetallic temperature sensor for accurate control and consistent batches. A thick-walled cast aluminum rice pot with plated steel drop handles is designed for durability and even cooking. A rear gas feed and included pressure regulator simplify installation while reducing stress on the gas valve body.
