The Vollrath 3681 is a heavy-duty stainless steel French fry rack built to keep bags of hot, fresh fries organized and service-ready in fast-paced kitchen environments. Six long compartments hold fry bags upright, making it easy to salt or add toppings to multiple bags at once without spillage. The rack is sized to fit inside a standard hotel pan and sits comfortably under a heat lamp to maintain food temperature between prep and service. Made in the USA, the smooth stainless steel construction resists corrosion and cleans up quickly after each shift. Its versatile design also accommodates bags of onion rings, hot dogs, soft pretzels, and other bagged items.
