Vollrath 47388 Jacob\’s Pride 8 oz. Orange Squeeze Handle Disher

The Vollrath 47388 is an 8 oz. #4 squeeze-handle disher from the Jacob\’s Pride collection, engineered for consistent portioning and improved service speed in high-volume foodservice environments. Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel bowl delivers precise 8 oz. scoops of soft foods like rice, potatoes, casseroles, and desserts, helping kitchens minimize waste and protect profitability. The orange color-coded handle enables instant size identification and supports cross-contamination prevention across multi-disher setups. A simple two-part design eliminates the springs found on traditional dishers, removing the risk of broken or lost components. NSF-certified and backed by Vollrath\’s limited lifetime warranty, this disher is built for demanding commercial kitchens.
