The Vollrath 47393 is a Size 12 squeeze-handle disher from the Jacob\’s Pride collection, engineered for precise 2.8 oz portion control of soft foods like mashed potatoes, rice, meat, and desserts. Its stainless steel scoop and shaft deliver lasting durability, while the one-piece green plastic ergonomic handle provides a comfortable, reliable grip for both right- and left-handed users. At 9-1/8 overall length with a 2-1/2 bowl diameter, it is NSF listed and carries a limited lifetime warranty.
