The Vollrath 68660 is a 60-quart heavy-duty aluminum stock pot from the Wear-Ever Classic Select line, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens that demand consistent, reliable performance. Constructed from impact-resistant 3004-Series aluminum at 1/4-inch thickness, the pot features a double-thick bottom that distributes heat evenly and eliminates hot spots for superior cooking results. Its tall, narrow profile allows liquids to bubble up through ingredients for maximum flavor extraction, making it ideal for stocks, soups, and large-batch preparations. Solid welded aluminum handles provide a secure grip for safe transport even when fully loaded, while the smooth natural finish interior makes cleaning fast and effortless. Backed by the Jacob\’s Pride lifetime limited warranty, NSF-certified, and proudly made in the USA.
