The Winco ACP-1212 is a 12 x 12 x 2 square aluminum cake pan built to handle the rigors of commercial kitchens, catering operations, and high-volume banquet facilities. Crafted from heavyweight 16-gauge (1.6mm) aluminum, it delivers consistent, even heat distribution for reliable, repeatable baking results. The straight-sided profile is well-suited for cakes, brownies, bar cookies, and savory preparations like lasagna. An extended 1/2 flange runs along the rim for a secure, confident grip when loading and unloading from hot ovens. Hand wash only to preserve the integrity of the aluminum construction.
