The American Range ARSP-18 stock pot range is built for high-volume kitchens that need fast, controllable heat for large pots of stock, soup, and sauces. Its heavy-duty cast iron 3-ring burner delivers 90,000 BTU with dual manual valves to independently adjust inner and outer rings. A low 24 inch working height makes loading and unloading heavy stockpots easier, while the stainless steel front and sides and full-width removable crumb tray simplify cleanup. The open cabinet base provides convenient storage space underneath the burner deck.
