The Atosa MSF8305GR is a 27 single-section mega top refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table built for high-volume delis, sandwich shops, and restaurant kitchens that need serious ingredient organization in a compact footprint. Its mega top configuration holds 12 pre-installed 1/6-size, 6 deep poly pans directly above a 7.2 cubic foot undercounter cabinet, giving prep staff immediate access to toppings and proteins without interrupting workflow. The rear-mounted, self-contained R290 refrigeration system uses a concentrated airflow design that circulates cold air evenly around all pan positions, maintaining cabinet temperatures between 33F and 40F. Constructed entirely in stainless steel inside and out, the unit features an electronic temperature controller with digital display, locking divider bars, a 9-1/4 poly cutting board, magnetic door gaskets, and pre-installed casters for easy repositioning.
