Cambro ADCS480 Compact Adjustable Dish Caddy S-Series

The Cambro ADCS480 Compact Adjustable Dish Caddy S-Series is a high-capacity, space-saving dish cart built for demanding restaurant and hotel warewashing operations. Its compact footprint allows operators to fit more caddies in the same floor area, while still providing six stacking columns that hold 45 to 70 dishes per stack depending on dish type and style. Four patented CamLever Towers adjust conveniently from the top, enabling fast reconfiguration to accommodate round plates from 4-5/8 to 13 in diameter without extra tools or downtime. Constructed from durable polyethylene in speckled gray, the cart includes a vinyl dust cover, two 5 swivel casters with brakes, and two 10 Easy Wheels for smooth, controlled transport across any commercial kitchen floor. NSF-certified for food service environments, this caddy delivers reliable performance for front-of-house and back-of-house alike.
