The Duke Aerohot E305 steam table is a 5-well electric hot food table designed for holding and serving, with each open well individually controlled by infinite heat controls. Exposed heating elements provide responsive performance and require spillage pans with a small amount of water for operation. A full-length poly cutting board adds a sanitary prep and carving surface, while the stainless steel body and undershelf deliver durability and convenient storage. This unit is built for serving lines and buffet applications using full-size steam pans or fractional equivalents (pans sold separately).
