The Enhanced E-ASPR-20KD is a 20-tier aluminum bun/sheet pan rack built for the demands of high-volume bakery and foodservice kitchens. Its 18-gauge aluminum construction, combining 1×1 tubing with 1×1-1/2 angle slides on 3 spacing, delivers a sturdy and lightweight frame capable of holding up to 20 full-size 18×26 sheet pans in an end-load configuration. The knock-down design makes assembly, storage, and shipping straightforward, reducing downtime and logistics costs. Five polyurethane swivel casters, including two with brakes, provide smooth and controlled mobility across busy kitchen floors.
