The Alfa International 32 3/16 HBLS is a precision-engineered L&W hubless chopper plate built for #32 hub size commercial meat grinders. Manufactured in Germany by L&W, a company with over a century of plate-making expertise, this plate is constructed from premium chrome/vanadium alloy steel for exceptional hardness and long-term durability. The 3/16 (4.5mm) hole size produces a medium-small grind and serves as the standard grind size on Alfa meat grinders. The hubless 3-notch design and maximum hole drilling ensure consistent throughput and a secure, wobble-free fit in compatible equipment, including as a direct replacement for the Hobart #C 108581.
