The American Metalcraft 5616 is a professional-grade rectangular aluminum pizza peel built for handling extra-large pizzas in high-volume commercial kitchens. Its 16 x 18 14-gauge aluminum blade features tapered edges that slip smoothly under even the most delicate pizza dough without disrupting its structure. The 38 popular wood handle is triple-riveted to the blade for maximum stability, and the 56 overall length keeps hands safely away from the oven\’s hottest zones. Corrosion-resistant and seasoning-free, the aluminum blade is easy to clean, resists odor absorption, and doubles as a cutting and serving board. Made in the USA.
