The American Metalcraft 6412 is a professional-grade aluminum pizza peel built for the demands of high-volume pizzerias, restaurants, and hotel kitchens. Its 12 x 14 rectangular blade is crafted from durable 14-gauge aluminum that resists corrosion, never needs seasoning, and won\’t absorb unwanted odors or food particles. The 50 poplar wood handle is triple-riveted to the blade for a rock-solid connection, keeping hands safely out of oven heat during every transfer. Rounded, tapered blade edges allow it to glide smoothly under pizzas without disturbing delicate dough structure. Made in the USA, this peel also serves conveniently as a cutting and serving board.
