The American Metalcraft CAR14P is a 14-gauge heavy weight aluminum perforated cutter pizza pan built for the demands of high-volume pizzeria operations. Its tapered nesting design allows multiple pans to stack compactly, maximizing valuable back-of-house storage space. The perforated bottom promotes rapid, even heat circulation for a consistently golden and crispy crust, while also allowing moisture to escape so finished pizzas stay fresher longer. The unfinished top edge doubles as a dough cutter, enabling fast and uniform portioning directly on the pan for streamlined prep workflow.
