The American Metalcraft HA80092 is a heavy-weight, straight-sided deep dish pizza pan built for the rigors of commercial kitchens. Constructed from 14-gauge aluminum (1.5 mm thick), it delivers even, consistent heat distribution that eliminates hot spots and produces reliably cooked crusts and toppings every time. The solid, straight-sided design yields uniform results and makes it equally effective as a shallow cake pan for sticky buns, layer cakes, and other baked goods. At 9 in diameter and 2 deep, it is the ideal size for personal deep dish pizzas or individual desserts in pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants. Its resistance to rust and corrosion ensures long-lasting performance with proper hand washing care.
