The Ateco 399 is a set of four food-grade plastic tube covers designed to protect the tip opening of filled pastry and decorating bags from air exposure. By capping the tube crown, these covers prevent icing and fillings from hardening, crusting, or leaking between uses. Each cover fits snugly over the Ateco pastry tube or affixes directly onto a standard Ateco coupler nut, making them a seamless addition to a professional Ateco setup. Ideal for bakeries, cafes, and catering operations, they are equally well-suited for refrigeration, transportation, and short-term storage of filled bags. Backed by Ateco\’s century-long reputation for professional-grade baking tools, the 399 covers help keep workspaces clean and workflows efficient.
