The Cambro 1826CLRCW135 Camwear Food Box Colander is a full-size clear polycarbonate insert engineered to nest inside any 18 x 26 x 6 (or deeper) food storage box, suspending food above draining liquid for cleaner, safer storage. Constructed from Cambro\’s virtually unbreakable Camwear polycarbonate, the crystal-clear body gives kitchen staff an instant visual on contents without disturbing the setup. It excels at draining bulk produce, defrosting proteins, or keeping fish chilled on ice, with liquid flowing directly into the storage box below for effortless disposal. Smooth interior surfaces minimize bacteria-harboring crevices and simplify sanitation, while textured feet protect the box beneath from scratching. NSF approved and HACCP-compliant, this colander is a high-performance food safety solution for any professional kitchen.
