The Chef Master 90002 is a professional-grade griddle scraper built for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Its 18-inch heavy-duty die-cast aluminum frame keeps operators at a safe distance from the hot cooking surface, while a dual-handle configuration, including a top handle, gives users superior leverage and control. The 5-1/2-inch sharpened stainless steel blade delivers consistent, even cleaning across the entire griddle surface, and is reversible and compatible with other scraper frames. A built-in safety splash guard shields hands and arms from dangerous grease splatters during use. ETL certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 2, this scraper meets rigorous food-service sanitation requirements.
