The Cresco Resco CB201512GN is a commercial-grade green polyethylene cutting board measuring 20 x 15 x 1/2, purpose-built for busy professional kitchens. The green color designation follows the widely adopted HACCP color-coding system, traditionally assigned to fruits and vegetables to help prevent cross-contamination between food groups. At 3.8 lb, the board strikes a practical balance between stability during use and ease of handling and cleaning. Its polyethylene construction resists knife scarring and bacterial harboring, making it a reliable choice for high-volume prep environments. A straightforward, workhorse board from a trusted smallwares supplier.
