Cresco Resco EFPD60C Drain Shelf 1/6 Size Clear Insert Pan Colander

The Cresco Resco EFPD60C is a 1/6 size clear drain shelf designed to sit inside standard 1/6 insert pans, keeping food elevated above accumulated liquids in prep and cold storage applications. Constructed from transparent polycarbonate, it offers clear visibility of pan contents while the raised leg design promotes efficient passive drainage. The open colander-style slot pattern allows moisture, brine, or juices to fall away freely, helping maintain food quality and presentation. Lightweight and easy to clean, this drain shelf is a practical everyday staple for deli counters, salad bars, and commercial cold prep lines.
