The Enhanced SS & Equipment E-DOS-1247 is a heavy-duty, custom double-tier overshelf built from 18-gauge 430 stainless steel, purpose-designed for commercial kitchen prep stations. At 12 deep, 46-7/8 wide, and 32 tall, it delivers two generous tiers of above-counter storage to keep ingredients, supplies, and tools organized and within reach. Each shelf tier is reinforced with an 18-gauge 430 stainless steel 6-wide hat channel, providing exceptional rigidity under daily production loads. Four 1 OD stainless steel legs with welded stainless steel brackets ensure rock-solid stability and a long service life. Designed for direct compatibility with ESP-48-HC and ESPM-48-18-HC work tables, this overshelf integrates seamlessly into existing Enhanced Equipment prep station setups.
