The Enhanced SS & Equipment E-DOS-PT1448 is a rear-mount, double-tier stainless steel overshelf built specifically for commercial prep table applications. Fabricated from 18-gauge 430 stainless steel, the two shelf levels each measure 14 deep by 48 wide and reach a total assembled height of 48. A robust framework of 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 x 1.2mm stainless steel support tubing pairs with 16-gauge 430 stainless steel mounting brackets to deliver the structural rigidity demanded in high-throughput kitchens. This unit is an efficient solution for operators looking to expand vertical storage above their existing prep stations without consuming additional floor space.
