The Enhanced SS & Equipment E-DOS-PT1472 is a rear-mount, double-tier stainless steel overshelf built specifically for commercial prep tables. Fabricated from 18-gauge 430 stainless steel, it provides robust, corrosion-resistant overhead storage across two shelf levels in a compact, vertical footprint. At 14 deep, 72 wide, and 48 tall, it spans the full length of a standard 72 prep table while keeping ingredients, tools, and supplies well within reach. Three 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 x 1.2mm stainless steel support tubes ensure structural stability, and 16-gauge 430 stainless steel brackets secure the unit firmly to the rear of the table. This overshelf is a professional-grade choice for high-volume kitchens looking to maximize vertical workspace efficiency.
