The Epicurean 407-241401 is a 14 x 24 commercial pizza peel crafted from Richlite, a resin-infused paper composite material sourced from sustainably managed forests. At just 1/4 thick, it strikes a balance between durability and maneuverability, making it equally at home in high-volume pizzerias and upscale front-of-house presentations. The non-porous, stain-resistant surface resists bacterial growth, withstands knife scores without dulling blades, and is fully dishwasher safe, dramatically simplifying cleanup. Beveled edges allow smooth loading and unloading directly from the oven, while the 9 handle provides safe reach into deeper deck ovens. NSF certified and heat resistant to 350F, this peel is built to meet the demands of professional foodservice environments.
