The Everpure EV979721 Kleensteam II Single System is a purpose-built water filtration and scale inhibition solution engineered for commercial steam ovens and combi-oven applications. It combines carbon block filtration with a sophisticated Hydroblend compound to reduce chlorine taste and odor, sediment, rust, and limescale formation, protecting high-value steam equipment and maximizing energy efficiency. The system supports a maximum service flow rate of 1.75 gpm for single cartridge use and is sized for high-flow gas steamers and combi ovens rated between 175,000 and 300,000 BTU. Ships complete with a 7CB5 carbon block cartridge, SS-10 scale inhibitor cartridge, and a filter head plug, and features an integrated deliming capability via Everpure\’s ScaleKleen system that requires no hazardous chemicals or special piping.
