The Excellence BK0000064 is a steel wire gelato pan holder purpose-built for use with Excellence HB and HBG series ice cream freezers. Designed to securely cradle a single 12 gelato pan, it keeps frozen dessert pans organized and stable during commercial service, reducing spillage and maximizing efficiency behind the display counter. This OEM-compatible accessory is an essential replacement or expansion part for operators running Excellence ice cream freezer equipment.
