The Fat Daddio\’s PHA-65 Hemisphere Pan is a 6.5-inch diameter, 16-gauge anodized aluminum cake pan purpose-built for novelty baking in both home kitchens and commercial pastry operations. Its seamless interior and rolled rim produce consistently smooth, flawless dome shapes that require minimal trimming or carving, making it a go-to tool for sculpted celebration cakes, mousse, and ice cream molds. Constructed without PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, CFCs, or chemical dyes, it is safe for citrus-based recipes and will never rust, peel, or flake under heavy use.
