The Franklin 721662 is a 4-channel digital countdown timer engineered for the demands of professional foodservice kitchens. It features four independently color-coded channels (T1-T4), each capable of counting down up to 10 hours with user-adjustable hours, minutes, and seconds settings. Built with an antimicrobial ABS plastic housing and a water-resistant keypad, this timer stands up to the high-humidity, wash-down conditions common in restaurant and catering environments. A large LCD display and four LED channel indicators provide at-a-glance status for each active timer, while the memory recall function speeds up repeat timing tasks. The unit ships with a 9V battery included, and an optional AC adapter jack enables hardwired operation when preferred.
