The Jaccard 200421 ABS Safe Hands Mandoline Slicer is built for professional prep kitchens that demand speed, precision, and operator safety in one compact tool. At the heart of the design is Jaccard\’s patented SafeHands food holder, the world\’s only food holder engineered with finger cavities that completely shield hands from the razor-sharp slicing blades during operation. The slicer ships with seven interchangeable stainless steel blade cartridges covering straight slicing, waffle/crinkle-cut, and five julienne sizes from 2 to 10mm, all stored in a dedicated blade storage box. Slice thickness is dialed in effortlessly with the Dial-A-Slice system, and bowl notches plus fold-flat slip-resistant legs make it equally at home over a hotel pan or flat on a prep table. The high-quality ABS composite frame is dishwasher safe and backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
