The John Boos RA02 is a 20 x 15 x 2-1/4 thick reversible cutting board crafted from solid Northern Hard Rock Maple, built to withstand the demands of serious food preparation. Its edge-grain construction delivers a firm, level cutting surface that is gentle on knife edges, while the NSF Certification makes it a trusted choice for both professional and home kitchens. Recessed finger grips on each end allow for easy handling and the convenience of flipping to a fresh cutting surface. Finished with Boos Block Cream with Beeswax, the board arrives ready to use and maintains its natural beauty with regular oiling. Manufactured in the USA since 1887, John Boos continues to set the standard for quality and craftsmanship in wood cutting surfaces.
