The Malish POB-B is a replacement brush block engineered to extend the service life of the Malish POB Pizza Oven Brush assembly, helping busy foodservice operations avoid the cost of replacing the entire unit. The 9-1/4 block is packed with crimped brass bristles that are tough enough to scrub away carbon deposits, rust, and baked-on food from pizza stones and flat oven surfaces without causing damage. A full-length zinc-plated scraper blade is included to handle the most stubborn residue and grime. Replacement is straightforward: the handle and scraper are removable with a standard screwdriver, and the block features pre-drilled holes for a precise, secure fit. Manufactured in the USA by The Malish Corporation, the POB-B delivers consistent professional-grade cleaning performance.
