The Mercer Culinary Barfly M37022 is an 8 1/4 composite muddler built for both professional bartenders and at-home cocktail enthusiasts. Constructed from food-grade polypropylene, it offers a durable, sanitary alternative to traditional wood muddlers that can crack or harbor bacteria over time. The textured bottom is engineered to efficiently break down fresh fruits, herbs, and spices with minimal effort, making it ideal for mojitos, mint juleps, and other craft cocktails. Its ergonomic cylindrical design provides a comfortable grip during high-volume service, and the black composite finish resists staining and odor absorption.
