The Microplane 34620 Ultimate Citrus Tool 2.0 is a versatile three-in-one kitchen gadget designed for professional zesting, scoring, and garnishing citrus fruits. Built around a surgical-grade stainless steel fine blade with 26% more surface area than its predecessor, this tool effortlessly zests the flavorful peel of oranges, lemons, and limes without cutting into the bitter pith. Two decorative garnishing blades in large (0.300-inch diameter) and small (0.180-inch diameter) sizes allow chefs to create elegant citrus peel garnishes for dishes and beverages. The redesigned handle is 35% longer than the previous version and features a soft-touch grip for improved ergonomics and comfort. A reusable protective cover is included for safe storage, and the tool is top-rack dishwasher safe.
