The Microplane 34630 Flexi Zesti is a compact, palm-sized citrus zester engineered for precision flavoring in professional kitchens and bars. Its BPA-free flexible silicone top conforms naturally to the curved surface of lemons, limes, oranges, and other citrus fruits, maximizing zest yield in every stroke. The ultra-sharp, photo-etched stainless steel blade is manufactured in the USA and captures only the fragrant outer zest, leaving behind the bitter white pith. A built-in collection chamber holds up to 1 teaspoon of freshly zested citrus, keeping prep surfaces clean and zest ready to use. Patented (No. D785,415) and dishwasher safe, the Flexi Zesti is a space-saving, high-performance tool built for consistent results in demanding foodservice environments.
