Microplane 48048 Garlic Slicer Mincer Set – Black

The Microplane 48048 Garlic Slicer Mincer Set is a compact, dual-function kitchen gadget engineered to simplify garlic prep for professional and high-volume cooks. The set houses two interchangeable blades in a single ergonomic unit: a mincing blade that produces uniform garlic strands and a precision slicing blade that delivers thin, consistent cuts without requiring knife skills. Built around Microplane\’s signature surgical-grade stainless steel blades, crafted in the USA, the hopper accommodates peeled cloves that are pushed across the blade, with the finished garlic falling directly into the clear-view lower chamber below. An integrated, removable scraper retrieves every bit of prepped garlic while keeping hands completely odor-free. The entire set is top-rack dishwasher safe for fast, effortless cleanup in demanding kitchen environments.
