The Migali C-U27F-HC is a 27.5-wide under-counter and work top freezer from the Competitor Series, purpose-built for commercial kitchens where space is compact or limited. Its all-stainless steel exterior and interior deliver a high-polished, durable finish, while the robust forced-air refrigeration system maintains cold, uniform temperatures throughout the 6.5 cu. ft. cabinet in a -7F to 3F range. A front-mounted digital microprocessor controller with temperature readout provides precise, at-a-glance control and supports auto-defrost with a manual override option. Pre-installed 6 casters, self-closing doors with a 90 hold-open feature, and a variable fan system for energy savings and humidity management make this unit an efficient, highly practical addition to any professional kitchen line. An optional stainless steel backsplash is available for worktop configurations and can be installed in the field.
